We’re confident you will love your story subscription. If for whatever reason you don’t, please let us know after the first two letters for a full refund, and we will cancel your monthly one-time story subscription or issue refund for your full one-time pre-paid payment (depending on the option you chose at checkout). Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7 – 10 business days. Please keep the first two letters and all their contents; these do not have to be returned to us.

It takes time to package each letter and additional surprises with care. If you don’t request a refund after receiving the first two letters, we are unable to issue refunds, but rest assured you’ll still receive the rest of your story. Thank you for your understanding!
